To a certain degree, Millennials and their Baby Boomer parents are two halves of the same housing problem which includes high prices, short supplies and few first time homebuyers. For 20 somethings, it’s all about getting them INTO a home. And for Boomers, it’s all about getting them to move OUT of their home, or at least get the equity out of their homes (particularly when they need the money to supplement their sparse social security income). So today, our host Hamid Hamidanchy spends this week’s show examining each half of this interrelated housing problem.

Welcome to THE GRIEF GIRL
Posted in Uncategorized on February 27, 2016 by OC Talk RadioCheck out our newest show, THE GRIEF GIRL, hosted by Kristi Hugsted which tries to pull back the curtain and remove the stigma attached to one of our final taboo topics, grief and the grieving process. Having been there herself after her husband’s dramatic suicide, Kristi transformed herself into a survivor and grief counselor to help others understand and learn how to deal with grief and keep it from overwhelming us. So join us twice a month as she brings in real people with real grief stories and how they handled them from dramatic losses like those suffered by parents of teenage suicides to the day-to-day losses we all suffer and try to bury like job loss and marital breakups in the hope that we’ll all learn to handle them better and live through the natural grieving processes attached to each.
