My guest , Viet Nguyen Chef / CEO of Kei concepts and I will converse about how food concepts are created and the ideas and imagination behind those visions. Focusing on this founder’s creative fusion of cuisines and styles (like Japanese/Scandanavian). Creating 12 incredible restaurants here in Orange County from INI Ristorante (a one-of-a-kind Japanese/Italian restaurant) to SUP Noodle Bar and ROL(a special Japanese Hand Roll concept). Concepts that now gross over 100 million dollars annually. Pretty impressive in today’s restaurant world. Particularly for a young chef who came to America from Vietnam as a teenager without any formal training and started cooking here in Orange County on day one. https://www.keiconcepts.info
